Thanks to its long rest in our cellars, this is a Great Reserve that preserves the delicate fruity and floral properties of the grapes from which it is made.
COMMENTS: Numbered bottle. Serve cold between 6°C and 8°C.
COUPAGE: 40% Macabeu, 30% Chardonnay, and 30% Parellada.
AGING TIME: 45 months.
TASTE:
Appearance and color: Wheat colored, with small persistent bubbles that rise to form a light crown.
Aroma: Soft and easy with a floral backdrop.
Palate: Dry intense with a long finish and fruity on the palate.
